Then why the hell doesnt ccp stop the forum at 5 pages in rater than several thousand?
I just started jumpint to the last page and reading threads cause I was curiopus what it was likw back then and Ive realized HOW MUCH the BoB and Moo things aer similar lol... it seems as though someone forgot their lessons of the past and are now doomed to repeat it.

Some forums have age cutoffs where you can't bump threads over a certain age back to the front page.

Well, they **could** autolock them 6 months from the last post.
[/dnd mode on] At least we would have only low HD skeletons and zombies, not these Specters and Liches that we regularly see walking among us these days...

Anyway, autolock ftw... People can read them but don't animate them :)

That would require work on the part of the DBA's that IÆm starting to think donÆt really easiest.
Maybe whoever shows up 5th at work gets to wear the DBA hat for the day at CCPà
(coupled with the fact that they are having massive DB problems and I havenÆt seen a job opening for a database administrator I really do wonder what is going on in that server room.)

Im sorry, I dont think that bringing to light that ALL THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE is a stupid idea...
MOST ppl arent gonna go back and see that this has happenbed before because, honestly, ppl dont care that much, but with this atmosphere of ppl freaking otut and screaming "these are the end times" because BoB is "winning 0.0" or what the **** ever I just thought it would be cool to see that this **** has all happened before.
I havent been in this game ALL that long but when I went to the last page and realized that this happened before, I realized that this really ISNT Armageddon cometh.
The fact that Ive been able to see that this has all come and gone before has actually shown me that EVE will likely survive this and probly WONT go under because of all the drama thats happened lately because, as I said before, this all seems to have happened once before so its just coming round again.
Before finding this stuff and reading it, I was thinking of cancelling my account because it looked like EVE was in twilight and coming to an end because of BoB and because of those looking to destroy it.
BUT now I have realized that this has happened before, AND EVE survived with, might I add, a whole lot LESS people paying subscriptions for it. AND because of this, I have chosen NOT to cancel my accounts. I saw what I thought was a dying game and only now do I realize it has much much more life in it that I thought.
Go EVE!
