Hey, got a question. The POS says you can jump 5 lightyears to another one with the jump gate, but how far is 5 lightyears?

What is even more funny is that this is the most helpful answer that could be provided. Stargate jumps have no correlation to actual distances between stars. Unless you are a user of capitalship jump drives or Titan/POS jump bridges, the distance in light years between stars has no meaning in game play.

* mubles something about the calculated value of a lightyear being an estimatation since the true calculation is sort of hard without accurate equipment.
Of course one could say that about an measurement, since rounding errors exist.
