Perimeter is one jump from Jita.
I've been using the Caldari Navy Base and my product moves pretty quick. (I've actually been charging more than Jita prices)
Maybe move some product over and lighten the load on Jita. Spread the customer base and you might actually see a slight rise in sales.

Edit: Looking at it again, Sobaseki might be the better choice.
So that's why Perimeter was lagging so bad.

Actually you should ask a dev or GM what would be the nearest System to Jita that isn't sharing cpu power with the Jita system. Maybe Jita already has it's own single cpu shard, only dev can tell...

Yes, I've noticed that Perimeter has become #2 to Jita for the stuff I buy.
The problem with Sobaseki would be that it is in a different Region to Jita. It's an obvious place to live as it never lags but not for actual Trading as the hordes at Jita can't see it on the Market screen. I've experimented, and people don't make that one jump into Lonetrek to check prices.
Maybe I'll try some Sales orders at Perimeter and see what happens

Poinen. I know for me, Poinen runs smooth but New Caldari and Jita both lag all to hell.

Maybe it would help if the autopilot moves people around Jita that do not have it set as a waypoint. I know of an instance where it can choose between multiple safe routes (same sec ratings, same length), but chooses to go trought Jita.
Thats just asking for trouble imho!

Jita is on its own server, from what I remember. Been so for a looong time.

Dodixie, Vylade, Auvergne, Egglaennert, and Aunia are good market systems in Sinq Laison, and all pretty close to each other. And you have good mining systems not to far from them in Bawilan and its surroundings (like Archee with its jaspet) that can help supply production.
