Heya, I'm selling this char here, he is dropping out of a player-corp tomorrow.
He has close to 14mil SP by the time the auction will end, but is not capital ready, merely rather close to it.

While I think "the public" can think for itself, Drone Int. V will be halfway done by the time the auction ended, Warp Drive Ops V and Navi V are also finished so someone can directly start with JDOps to actually fly the ship.

And he does not even have advanced space ship command to 1 and you need it to V, Capital Ships 360 mil SB to 3, Carrier to lvl 3 I think another 360 mil. So your still looking at....2 months of training. So your really not that close sir.

As I already pointed out, it lies in the eye of who is interested in the char, and how far their char is from a cap.
Noone asks you to bid, nor to agree on my perception on "close" to cap ships. So I dont see the point of your reply, pointing out exactly what the other poster already said.
