Rev II simplified the application process, which is good. However in this simplification, the page that listed members applications is gone. There no longer seems to be a way to find out who accepted an application, or what the text of the application was. This makes it difficult to track new members.
CCP, please give us a way to see this again.

Just to add something constructive...
The new corp features introduced in Rev II are nice but removing the ability to see who is bringing in members to the corp (and thus is responsible for them) is very bad. It's a matter of being able for CEO's and Directors to see what their recruiting officers are doing.. even in a small corp like mine it can be hard to keep track.. can only imagine how it must be in a large corp (200+ members).

construvie ok if youre recruiting new members make sure youre guys that are doing the recruitment ie sub directors etc send u a copy of theri convos with the members. Go thro the interview process and informa u as CEO of where they came from etc. the person that does the interview should be the one that accepts the app informs the CEO of the fact and makes a note on corp forums etc.

You can restrict recruiting to your main ceo/cfo/cpo for the time being. The question is wether or not it was meant to be taken out?

CEOs need to be able to check these things back. EVE kept a record of this stuff, and now it doesn't. Another change that didn't do anything good, and made life more difficult for some people.
P.S.: ''/signed'' is constructive. It shows support for an idea. You shouldn't have to bring a funky fresh addition to an idea to be worthy of posting in the Citadel of Hutch. Not knowing what constructive posting is is not constructive, as it leads people to make posts dictating that constructive posts aren't constructive.

Although that is a valid workaround, the idea is to simplify things. CEOs already have enough things to do, without having to handle tracking of their recruiters. Before it was easy, if there was a member in question, you check to see who recruited them, then contact that recruiter to ask about the member. All i want is to be able to do that again.
