Who we are:
->We are a group of tight knit pilots with experience and the want to do more.
What we want:
->We are recruiting pilots for PVP. This includes small roams, medium to large roams, and securing of assets.
Our goals:
->Build up to a stable memberbase and conduct regular operations for isk making.
->Do regular roams and improve our efficiency to at least 80%.
->Start purchasing assets to move into null security space.
What we offer:
->We will give you outstanding leadership from an active chain of command.
->We will reimburse ships lost from sanctioned operations.
->We will hear your voice and let your opinions effect the decisions based on the corporation.
What we require:
->Microphone is a must. We use TS3 as communications and it is not negotiable.
->You will train and fly to our doctrine and exact ship fittings. Reimbursements are based on that and only for sanctioned operations.
->Be a team player. Don't just rat or log off during an operation. Being on a team means you play for that team no matter what, not when it suits you.
->Don't beg and demand for roles. Roles are set on seniority and being trustworthy. To move up the ladder requires sacrifice and time.

->Core members are from 2007-2008 and have lived in all facets of space.
