So we had a fleet fight some days ago in s-e. we helped RZR killing some **** and get back the system. Our fleet about 100 man strong warped into a 150man fleet. The fight started well for me.. The system didnt load but i was starting to take damage. I crashed to desktop and couldnt logg in again for arround 10 minutes. I wrote a stuck petition but i didnt get moved. As i finally managed to logg in again my ship which was still alive warped to the gate where i lost sync and could not move forward, backwards nor activate any modules and started to get dmg again and died (again). The server was under such heavy load that it ****** up my lossmails:

I even got the confirmation of a GM that the node is under heavy load:

STILL THE GM TREATING MY REIMBURSEMENT PETITION CANT FIND ANY EVIDENCE OF LAGG AND TELLS ME ITS MY INTERNET CONNECTION OR OUR ISP ROUTING. WHAT A ******* BULL****E! Imho this is realy going to far! If you cannot mannage to support 250 people in a system DONT BLAME ME OR MY ISP ITS YOUR NODES THAT JUST DONT WORK!

This is what i got in reply:
"However, a situation such as you describe, lag without any warning signs from our server (we get emergency emails whenever the server is overloading, enabling us to cross reference reimbursement requests), is simply something we can not verify and thus not reimburse for."
So why the he is telling me one GM my own perception, my aliance mates my aliance allies even the enemies that there is unbearable lagg and still there is no evidence on the server side?

I would accept if they tell me we do not reimburse you because we dont want to, or because you suck, or because we cant because oveur took away our gm staff +15. BUT not if they are lying directely into my face

its not that i cant afford a caracal. i just want them to admit that the lagg was caused by a node under heavy stress not by me or my mates or my isp!

Ahhh MMOG Success ... this place reminds me more and more of Wow Forums.
Yeahhh i know, I'm bad.
But with success comes the impossibility for the to acknowledge its faults in public, whatever may be the reasons.
And also the fact that you can always dream not to have a pre formated support answer like "Dear $wallet, blabla" ...

I've had problems with reimbursement recently. for some reason my ship destroyed a cargo container that was just dropped from a sansha battle tower me and me my gang hit. Concord took offence and nuked my ship. No record of anything unusual in the server, which is odd seeing as how I should have at least got the criminal warning pop up.
I've been reimbursed before, from less than that. Personally I think that all the GM's are terrified of being accused of cheating since T20. But hey.
