I don't think it was possible to regress from m3g4. The only way was up.

Ejecting from his battleship in front of NVA battleships (who then proceeded to board it). Coming back a few minutes later in his pod and getting blown up. Oh, and then grabbing a spare battleship that his corp mates had pooled together for to replace losses - despite this being pointless stupidity.
Oh and he also kicked most of the people who didn't defect to Biomass...

I am impressed at your knowledge of the facts. You are correct.
M3G4 has had it's fire sale as well. I wonder who owns what was left.
