After a couple hours of poking and prodding EVE, I believe I have come up with the next "thing" since cargo can signs at stargates :-)
Colored text in my bio :-)

(Forgive me that I want to make a quick buck out of it... but hey, can't blame me for marketing my findings  )

As for colored name and chat.. It'd get you banned real quick 
btw, the first FF bit after the 0x is opacity, and that works just fine too.

paragraphs? you can have them by using <br>, but beware once you use those you may not switch back to editing your bio after leaving the tab, they get replaced by real carriage returns, and youll have to remove those and put the <br>s back in again then.
It's best to just use notepad for this I guess.

So how do you make line breaks. I have found out that spacing the BIO text dont work becouse all the line breaks are removed. Any tips ?

I put <color=0xff0080ff>color</color> and I get nothing. I put <color=0xff0080ff>color and I get nothing...

That is because you can't see it in the editing box. You CAN see it if you undock, show info on your ship, and then click your portrait icon.
I just checked your bio and it shows BLUE! so it really does work :-)

One thing to note that i found while adding my favourite colourful quote, the letter aspect of the html hex codes must be in lower case for it to work i.e. <color=0xff0080ff> as opposed to <color=0xff0080FF>

For love nor money can i get paragraphs ( <br> even) to work.
It displays fine on my own bio but when viewed from elsewhere - no paragraphs.
Odd thing is that <br> works just fine on other characters....

It does indeed work, check out my bio if you don't believe it. The coding is pretty simple to pick up, I figured it out by reading here and then messing around ingame and using an alt to look at the results.
Also, this is a handy website for colorcodes:
