Based on the rule of thumb of:
BPO Sale Price = 12 Months' Profit
The 6B starting bid is undervaluing this BPO. Just an FYI! Emz, you are completely justified in asking for as much as you are.

To the rest. I build these in a POS, I get just under 600 units per month which made me about 1.2+ bil profit for this month.

I checked the sales history of this item in many regions.
And it turns out that its one thing to build 600 units, but you sure didnt sell 600 units ;)
I wont offer more than 3 bill personly.

Im not saying its not a good BPO, or i wouldnt bid on it, every zeal pilot needs them.
Im just saying i dont think they fly off the racks like they used too, to the point i dont think a years worth of profit is what i personly am willing to bid, you may find someone else is, however i would buyout at 3bill.
