Also forgot to mention, the CEO did most of the hauling out in 0.0 CA space, which imho is more difficult than actually mining. The fact that he took a 50% cut for the corp and kept some for himself is cool with me.

When you have greedy little ark miners in 0.0 space that are only out for their own gain and don't do **** for the corp aside from having you risk your hide to haul it perhaps you might reconsider being completely selfless.

splitting ore with your hauler when he hauls
in 0.0 , sometime over 5+ jumps isnt that
unheard of . i often got a 30% cut just
to pickup the ore from the belt and haul it
to out of belt secure cans .
should have discussed it with ur ceo , instead
of blowing steam out on the forums

Sry to see you go Kami... but you know why you were kicked and it was the right decision. It's an awful lot of fun pointing and laughing at Mars Volta for the never-ending large-scale blunders he is always making... but he made a good call on this one.
And it's 20 MegaThrons FYI. And I guarantee you he's killed 2 enemy battleships for each of those 20 he lost and that is only what I personally witnessed. It's probably more 1:3.5 or better. So who cares? I'm on Tempest #10 at the moment. And I have secure cans full of corpses that HHI didn't get their hands on during their Corp. Theft attack on us(meh pers0nal stash heh). Doesn't mean I am a bad pilot just means I PvP a whole damn lot more often than I should :D

Don't forget 99% insurance used to be ausome. Building/Buying a MegaThron dirt cheap then dying in it probably made Mars(and countless others) more money than we'd be able to stomach hearing about :)

Sorry but as a CEO it is not your call to "take" other peoples ore. As CEO you work for the members...not the other way around. If you need something for the corp, the members should return the favor but not be FORCED into losing half there ark they mine. Thats just wrong.
On a side note: Mars/Carnot was stealing other peoples ore LONG before this incident. Seems his style.

Kami, you never said why he kicked you out? Care to tell us now that you have spoken out on this subject?
Mars is a fine fella, tactician, and a laugh a minute. Being with him in his escapades for a while, it was quite fun. So he has bad people skills, we can't all be perfect, yet you stayed while knowing this. Instead of waiting to be kicked out, for some reason?, you could have left if you wanted to.

Funny how KamiKazi is the only one to make a complaint though. Either means every other SIM member is too terrified of Mars to complain.... or... means Kamikazi is just wrong about it even happening :)
And as for Mars wanting a higher 'cut' than some of you would pay yourself.... Mars was able to haul(until he got podded yesterday heh) like 31k cargospace or some **** in his mark V. That's like a 70 million isk setup he had as far as an industrial. He deserves 50% hauling cut.
And furthermore...through the hard work and obsessive determination of mars(oh ok fine and also some highly questionable Corp. Mining Ops.), SIM have 200 times the financial backbone they did when I signed up 2 or 3 months ago. Next time I lose my Tempest I have a good feeling I can count on my CEO for assistance getting back into a new one within hours.
You get out of a Corp what you put into it, that shouldn't be ground breaking news for Kami or anyone.
