Just a question, how can i extend the range of cruisemissiles and torpedo's
My current setup makes the cruisemissiles go about 75 KM.
Also, my current ship (Raven) locks ships from 75KM. How can i extend this range to say, 100KM or higher?

Train the skill Missile Projection for 10% more missile speed per level.
Train the skill Missile Bombardment for 10% more missile flight time per level.
Should bring your Cruise missile range up to 168.75km iirc.

Got missile bombardment at lvl 5.
When i get ad train Missile projection to lvl 5, how can i lock ships at 168KM away?

Try fitting some Sensor Boosters
That will increase your lockrange.
It also increases your lockspeed.
EDIT :
If you dont want to use medslots for this, you can also use Signal Amplifiers wich sit in your lowslot.

Train up the long range targetting skill to V.
Use the Mid slot sensor booster.
Use the low slot signal amplifier.
Fly in a gang with someone how has information warfare.
Use the Ionic Field Projector I or II
AFAIK There isn't any implants that increase targetting range.
Best t1 sensor booster is the f-90 positional sensor subroutines
Best t1 signal amplifier is the Type D attenuation signal Augmentation.

Train skill long range targeting and use one of those.
