Not really got into POS for ages, then decided to but i remember way back in the day Gallente Silo bonus was broken.
I setup the pos then saw that the tower showed the silo as having 40k space i thought oh wow they did fix it, then i noticed the actual silo does only show 20k.
i take it that the bonus still is not fixed after all this time? or am i able to let it overrun and just monitor the limit from the tower?

The bug is partially fixed. For normal POS-operations it¦s fixed (without problems). But the Silo itself is still displaying 20k, but you can fill it up to 40k. Only partially moves of stuff are broken, they are restricted to 20k.
It seems like only the client-data is bugged as partial moves are probably calculated on the client. All operations on the server seems correct.

ahh ok so i can let it fill upto 40k i wont lose anything? but i cant go and dump 40ks worth of stuff into it.

I think this is what Xtreem means.
You have 18k worth of item A in the silo
You have 20k of item A in your cargo
You drop Item A into the Silo
Item A enters as a seperate stack then tries to combine with the orrigional stack temporarily doubling its volume causing it to think there is no enoguh room, the 20k worth of item A is left in your cargo hold.
You notice this same problem if your mining and try to combine 2 stacks of the same thing when there is less empty space then the stack you are moving into another stack.
It would seem the problem is caused because for a split instant in time the stack being moved exists twice.

Yep, you can put 40k in, you can let 40k pile up. But you can't put in 20k when there's already 20k in there, if you take it all out and put in 40k at once it works ;)
So it's now a pretty minor bug that has a work around.

also when show info on silo it will still say 20k. but if you look at the capacity thru the manage of the tower it will show the adjusted capacity. the one stack move works well.

If the silo is getting filled by a process you have noting to worry about.. it will fill to the bouns level.
If you are trying to put stuff into a coupling array then it is possible but you have to stack the ammount it can take in your cargo hold then drag it to the silo/coupling array BUT not on top of the items in the silo already (i.e don't try to stack in the silo).
