It says one size fits all...is it adjustable or is it the elastic stuff to make it one size fits all? Anyone know?

It's probably that adjustable plastic, or maybe those clip things with the belt bit you can slip through. I have a small head, which is annoying. Every hat I've ever bought has been too big.

Ya, unfortunately, I have a head that's just barely too big for the hats that aren't actually adjustable (like the elastic ones). They give me terrible headaches. :(
Hopefully it's the plastic adjuster or something similar, cuz I'd love to show my co-workers just how much of a dork I really am by wearing one on casual friday, ehhe.

Anyway, I've got a pretty small head myself, and it fits me perfectly.
It has great adjustability.

ROFL.....I've seen redundant threads, but never from the same person. Good to know though.
Those flexfit hats are hit or miss. Some are perfect, but some squeeze my large head and give me a headach.
