When you attack some people who are camping a gate and they have there buddys on standby ready to login .
You attack the gate camping group they let there (using teamspeak or something) buddy's log on right on the moment you engage and spawn next to you.
Is this considerd as a exploit?

I consider it an alternative to the cloaking that should be in the game.

I suppose it would be because the game has no way of telling you about the danger. I guess you aren't supposed to be killed right out of the blue.
Not that I would shout 'exploit' if someone did it to me though, but it definitely is lame as players use out-of-game techniques to gain an advantage... but then again so does TeamSpeak or Ventrilo...

I don't support that tactic but in effect I cannot see it as an exploit at the moment.
Consider it a version of cloaking (until CCP finally get round to sorting that bit out).
As for using out of game systems to co-ordinate things, in a role play sense are we suggesting pilots cannot communicate with each other?
It's Lame, It's cowardly and its underhand but i can't really see it as an exploit.

It not an exploit nor would I characterise it anymore "Lame" or "Cowardly" than any of the half-dozen or so tactics that the Griefers/Pirate Hunters use.

Well, trying to prove that they used TS or Ventrillo to login at that gate would be hard to prove as they could also have been waiting at the connecting system to that particular gate and been told Via an ingame chat channel to jump through once you had commited yourself to the fight
