For instance: As a new person flying through 0.0, not that i've done it yet, been killed enough in higher sec, if I saw a pirate corp member i'd try and run, you obviously web me so I can't move, does the pirate: A.) Kill you for trying to run away, the natural thing for most people to do I would have thought, when they are weaker at least? B.) Then demand payment, and kill if you dont pay? C.) Offer a discount for just your ship and not your pod? This sounds like i'm trying to rip all of your tactics out, but i'm not, more in response to the other comments in here about people afk flying and such. More that i'm trying to find out whether pirate corps have certain rules, if not steps you take if and when you kill someone. One of our guys robbed someones dominix last night. The guy was worried that he'd eject, and we'd kill him, but we said we wouldn't, and we didn't. We even gave him a shuttle to fly home him. .

Not only that it's hard to fight when you get chat requests popping up on your screen. It might be best to just ask for tolls on local if you have someone webified and warpscrambled. The reason I mention this is that I was podded yestereday and I would have gladly paid for my pod had I been asked. I was webified and warp scrambled. Seeing how I had about 45 million in implants, I would have been glad to pay a toll. I took the risk to run through a dangerous area so that's life. I suppose the person who podded me assumed I was a noob since I was in a frigate. It's their loss too I suppose. So don't blame me for not paying. Blame yourself for not asking. heh
