ISDs have nothing else to do, so they refresh forums every sec looking for smallest reason to lock threads, sometimes even when there is no ?
i mean wth, iv been in many comunitys, and I have never seen so..um..fanatic click fest, and yet somehow forums in there still "clean"...

Well, without looking at the rules I can think of four reasons ISD mention whenever they lock a thread atm:
Inappropriate content - Remember that this forum is teen rated, so they have to enforce some decency.
No content - Why post at all?
Personal attacks - Thoroughly inappropriate. After all this can get you in trouble in real life as well, and is one of those things you just don't do. You don't NEED to. The great man is he who can insult without insulting (for one, by being the better man). ;)
Discussing moderation - Sensitive stuff. I can only imagine that part of the reason is that if we were allowed to talk about moderation we would quickly end up in a situation similar to recent events regarding dev-player relations... Nasty stuff, I think it's best to ban it altogether. Put faith in the mods.
The reasons above make perfect sense to me, so I have no issues with ISD whatsoever. I may not like the profanity moderation and filter, but I shudder at the thought of where we'd end up without it. I'm glad we have the mods to keep this place reasonably tidy. It's certainly a job I do not envy, so thanks ISD for putting up with it. This is all my personal opinions of course, YMMV.
Ironically this post is (bordering on) mod discussion and may be snipped. Hence I should not make this post if I want to keep what little honour I have.
Bugger. Oh well, just goes to prove my point. We need ISD. ;)
