I don't want this post to be a troll/flame post but rather than just general discussion about the petition service and how flaky it has gotten recently. I've sent a petition in about couple weeks ago. As a paying subscriber with two accounts without even receiving a response I find that unnacceptable. The petition was filed on my alt Vyyrus2 about a ship loss from lag. I realize ccp has other things to attend to as well but come on there isn't a department at ccp just to work with petitions? This is as big game and it can keep someone rather busy.

Well in my short time , ive only sent 2 petitions , 1 with multiple messages
and i rly got served fast

The mods have gotten really really slow too... and they dont send back emails in reply anymore.... or they dont to me....

hmm all my petitions minus one have usualy been answered between 1 hr and a few days in over 3 years of playing.

the few times I filed for reimbursement or anything else in the "other" category, they took forever to respond.
I remember getting an email from support with my petition as the subject and thinking they'd finally gotten around to it, but it was just a generic "your petition is still pending, please be patient" message. I guess they don't send those any more, or it's getting caught in your spam filter.
