If I was him, I'd just pod myself and then have an alt turn the corpse in.

Uh, it doesn't seem the bounty is literally on his head. The OP will just pay you the cash if you pod the guy.

Yes, dont kill this fool, because he found a nice way to scam everyone.
He jacks his bounty high by ****ing people off in Eve Radio (granted, the music DOES blow) then his friend (presumably the OP) comes and ganks him for the bounty and they split the cash
