Um... let's say, for the sake of argument, that BoB are getting D3vH4x help. It's not doing them a lot of good right now is it? Goons have a cyno jammer in 9-9, their space is infested with FREGE ffs, and the widespread perception is that they're in a spot of bother right now. If, and I make no statement either way - I'm just saying if, they were getting signifiant help from some GMs/Devs then it's arguable that CCP's Internal Affairs dept has stopped, deterred or at least reduced such help to the point where it's not significant. If you see cheating or biased GM intervention, petition it and make a stink about it if your petition gets suppressed. Until then, load up and keep fighting. CONCORD provide consequences, not safety; only you can do that.
