G-S-N - Galactic Science Network is up for sale.
 The corp will have a the following minimum standings at the end of the auction:
 Caldari State : 6.01
Caldari Navy : 8.01
Zainou Biotech : 8.01
 This will allow the installation of a POS in caldari space from 0.3 up to 0.6.
It will also allow the installation of Jumpclones in Caldary navy facilitys and Zainou Biotech facilitys, in their given Medbays.
If you only use a fresh made alt for the CEO position and members join only to install jumpclones and leave in between the next 24 hours again ( or dont do any missions while in the corp ) the standings will be conserved. So there is no need to raise the Faction over and over again.
Starting Bid = 50 mil ISK
Reserve = Starting Bid
Buyout = reasonable offer
( please see the reference link from the last auction to get a grip on what a serious offer is )
Sniper rule = 10 min
Auction ends Sunday 08.07.07 20.00 Eve-time
Only bids posted in the Forum will be considered valid. All bids have to be written in numbers, a " i pay 2 mil more then the highest offer within a reasonable range ... " ect will not be considered as a valid bid.
The money transfer will run on a mutal trust agreement. That means you pay 50 % up front and the other 50 % after you took over CEO of the corp. If you dont like this you can allways check with a trusted 3rd party, like for example Chribba. However the fee for a 3rd party has to be paid from wallet and is not a part of the auction sum, unless stated otherwise.
Iam the only Member of the corp, it will come with no assets besides of the Faction standing.
Once you won the auction, you get invited to the corp and made CEO.

Hello Kesh mccall and those looking into buying a corp.
I'm happy to say that everything went smooth in terms of the ceo transfer of the corp I bought, the standings are at or above what was said they would be, and if u are looking or thinking of buying a corp I highly recommend Kesh Mccall.

The corp will most probably have higher standing then expected, as my personal standings raise while working on the corp standing.
Ill etstimate a State standing of 7.01 Navy above 9 and Khanid at around 6.0 this is just estimated though and would be a bonus. The standings in the OP are the only relavants though.

another bonus will be added. Royal Khanid Navy to 8.0. this will allow isntallation in all RKN stations with a medical bay.

Buyout was taken ingame. I have freetime from either Sunday or Monday after serverdowntime to start a new corp. So if you want a corp with your own Corpname - Ticker, now is the time to contact me. If i dont get a new contract until tomorrow i will start a neutral corp once more and will auction it of.
Please remind that a contracted Corp is usaly cheaper then a corp wich went through an auction, as people seem to be in a hurry and raise bids pretty high once they find out it only takes one more day until they could use the corp.
For example the past two corps went for 560 mil and 700 mil while my contract fee would have been 325 and 425 mil for the needed standings :-)

Got several interested customers today but still no new Contract.
Had some discussion about pricing of my service and wrote a little info about how i calculate and why. You can find the link in the Original post.

I am still booked until the 23.7.07 I can start a new corp after downtime at that date.

If i do not get an contract until that date i will start a random Corp and will auction it off. Please remember that auctioned corps usaly go for way more ISK then a contracted one  ( see refernce auction )
