I havent noticed any note about that in the implant description. Where have you found this extemly important information? BTW the draftsman is offered by Amarr corporations too.

A comment from a DEv would be very wellcome True that it is a hypotesis but the descryption of the hardwires are all the same and i don't want to take the chance that i might be plugging in a Gallente Invention implant while i am doing only minmatar invention. I rather go on a well argumented hypotesis with the knowledge how CCP works and plug in a Shaman implant instead of a Draftsman one for my minmatar invention.
