Caldari Navy LSE has a signature radius penalty of 25m, EFT 2.11.1 says 20m.

Small warehead rigor catylyst rig not changing explosion velocity on torps in a hound fit.
Don't know whether the problem is specific but i thought it couldn't hurt provding detail.

Most (all?) explosion radius reduction effects do not work on torpedoes (in game). This is correctly reflected in EFT.
