This change would not adjust bonuses or stats per say.
Just an idea to make use of the Ti2 BC models. 
Below is a list of the Command Ship, and the model that I think it should be based on:
Absolution :: Harbinger
Damnation :: Prophecy
Nighthawk :: Drake
Vulture :: Ferox
Astarte :: Brutix
Eos :: Myrmidon
Sleipnir :: Cyclone
Claymore :: Hurricane
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Obviously just an idea. Would be nice to see a fresh face for some of the Command Ships though.
Any bonus/attribute/fittings changes would obviously be entirely upto the CCP staff.

I personally believe that the Sleipnir should be based on the Hurricane hull but there are many people who like the Sleipnir as it is. I actually think the Sleipnir hull would look better without the weird panels at the front of the ship.

The drone bay bonus on the Ishkur, Ishtar and Eos are wrong - there is no logic behind the concept, it makes these ships look like haulers with their cargo bay bonus, which is also wrong.
There should be a fixed dronebay and a damage + durability bonus or an ability to fit an extra drone-bay extender per level.

to be honest it mskes sense when doing this to make the sleipnir based on the hurricane but tbo I like the way the sleip looks now, and would rather see a new tier of command ships :p
