My guess is he's going to host a talk show with noobs and give out a Velator to each member of the audience and have them pay taxes on it. Thus making a profit from a freebie ship... and exploiting the poor little noobs.

He will assign fighters to the velators, one at a time. Then test out their tanks. Because I hear velators tank better than shuttles, which don't tank so well.

I don't know if it's been patched yet, but I would warrant a guess he'll just blow up his ship and all the velators will pop out and completely lag everything to hell.

Probably a bit too obvious?
... plus I think that's hugely frowned upon as a sort of denial of service type attack?
(Distant memories of some people getting banned for destructing haulers full of shuttles over a protest to do with their corporation name.)

That was their excuse to sound less dumb. I was in the gang with them before they did it, I didnt know what the hell I was there for...
They didnt like the lag in Jita, so they protested by blowing up 5 iteron Vs full of shuttles. 2x28x5 = lots of shuttles

Or just create the package, hint in the description that the package contains a battleship. Put a collateral that is less that the cost of a battleship and hope that some greedy noob takes the package and either splits it without looking or doesn't have a ship capable of transporting it intact and so loses the collateral that way.
