Am I doing something wrong?
Scenario: I'm on a mission. My overview is set to "IC" so that it separates things into groups; stargates, wrecks, rats. Is there anyway to make it so the overview stops skipping around? Sometimes there are rats "above" the wrecks when other rats are "below" the wrecks. The only way to get them in the right position is to move the slider bar up and down until they all move below the wrecks.
Another problem I keep having is the rats keep "jumping". I click a rat, hit target, click the next rat, but the targeted one has now moved and I end up clicking it again. Sometimes it takes three of four tries before I can click a rat that isnt targeted because they jump around on the overview so much.
Lastly, EVERY time I loot a wreck, everything in the overview moves around for a second or two (not to mention my entire screen looks like it is skipping when the can opens up).
Can I fix this or are these game features?

The very tops of the columns you can click. If you click the first colunm (cant remember..ID or something) This should keep them stationary. You probably have it clicked for distance (next column) so all the stuff moves as your ship gets closer and further away from objects.

Yea I thought of that, but I dont have it clicked to distance. I have it set to separate the types of targets (which again I think is IC).
I thought I read somewhere that the looting thing started with Rev. 2. I really don't remember. Even so, it doesn't explain why the overview is sooooo sketchy.

your problem is this: you primarily seperate by type, but each group of the same targets is then sorted by distance.
That said: I dunno how to fix this :\

Yeah the wreck/can looting lag is new with Rev II. Guess they introduced it so they can fix it in a few months and claim it's part of the continuing "Need for Speed" initiative.

the only way i found around the annoyance is to remove the wreck entirely untill your ready to deal with them. Then load an overview that includes wrecks. Not really a solution but ah well Your signature image exceeds the maximum allowed filesize of 24000 bytes -Sahwoolo Etoophie |

Would be nice with a option to select the importance of column sorting, like this:
Importance, Column
1, Name 2, Type 3, Distance
and so on. So it would sort on name, but it would also sort on type and distance within those results.
