As i'm doing a new corp an recruiting noob, i've looked for available offices in secure systems ... and believe me if you want, but it's pretty hard to find (in some case) !
So, here is the idea :
 A new filter in the map to show how many offices are available per systems
And so, why not extend this idea to factory slots and laboratory slots ?

That would be kinda nice. I can't tell you how many times I have thought of EVE mailing a CEO to try and buy the office space. Maybe that is a feature they could add, transfering office space between corps. Then you could sell your slot.

Problem is due to prices.. no price dynamics= no realism..
Most players could afford owning all the bloody slots in an entire region..

If not used they will get unrented, what exactly is the problem?

Nice idea, i can see a problem though....
How many of the offices rented are currently used and active? I would say very little. If this filter was to go into the game, the unscrupulous people who sell office space, will just travel to all the stations and buy it all up. Lets face it, at 10k for 30 days, it is hardly realistic. The prices should be like the factory rental prices, and vary from region to region, due to such things as services offered, location etc etc.
While they are at it, they could do the same for lab slots.
