probably Nexus chips are a safe bet to get "adjusted" upward, or juse have NPC's remove their buy orders.
Mostly, though, I think we'll see a 20%ish reduction in tags needed for a lot of Navy mods.

I just checked on Sisi and CCP either:
a) removed the LP stores so people can't check out the changes.
b) reset people's LP to 0 on Sisi so people can't check the changes without doing a mission.
c) the LP store isn't availabe due to CCP messing something up.
d) put the LP store elswhere and I just can't find it.
e) any combination of the above.
Nice test server when you hide the changes so people can't actually check them out.

It is b), they don't transfer your LP (or RP for that matter) to SIS. Probably because they have never got around to fix/are to lazy to make sure LP/RP get transferred as well.

Maybe they are trying to make sure that everyone gets to see the changes at the same time, to avoid people cashing in on it?

I checked SISI Vs TQ last night before accepting an LP "reward" and the only noticable changes weree the additions of the comma.
FYI I checked 2 Matari corporations and both LP store offers were identical to current TQ values. the "balancing" may be with other corporation offers of shifting of implants from corp to corp. I totally believe 100% tht corporations and LP offers should be more specific and although it would anoy me greatly I think Specific implants should certainly be moved to different corps. lucky im not a dev, we'd all be screwed :)

This offer has been removed or changed. Sad to say that's the only change I'm noticing. Still need 2103 tags +90k LP + 36M ISK for 5x small nosferatu for example

No changes to Nexus Chips. The only change I've noticed in the LP stores that I have access to has been the addition of commas. 
Even if Gallente Navy Mag Stabs didn't require tags, they would still be more expensive than a Shadow Serp Mag Stab. Same applies to nearly everything else in the LP store too.
