Since it's not really possible to anchor any type of a POS structure in high-sec space my question is where can I find the information on what POS structures can be anchored in high-sec (0.5)?

Also can I anchor a POS if someone else already has one at that moon or the limit is one per corporation per moon?

One Tower per moon, regardless of who owns it.
I believe in High sec you can't anchor reactors / moon miners / large ship assembly arrays /
0.0 only are capital ship assembly arrays, cyno generators, jump bridges
Labs / other factories / defensive stuff / hangars is what you get for high sec basically.

as said about, that counts for 0.4 - 0.7 space, a few people offer such services if you need higher than 0.5 see the thread on the front page here in regards to POS.

requirements for launching pos's in empire is 10 times the sec status of the system...
so if the sec status of the system is 0.5 you do that times 10 to see you need a 5.0 standing to the npc empire.
the pos's also require another type of fuel. those are charters. they require 1 charter for each hour. and in every different faction space, you need a different charter.
pos towers can only be anchored 1 per moon. and within 100km from the warpin of the moon.

one charter per hours? that sounds like a total overkill to me.. :S

All POS fuel is consumed X units per hour. 1 being the smallest unit.
Charters are also very cheap now since the LP store opened.

how about i create an alt and a corporation with him.. deploy the POS.. leave that corp and join the corporation that has not enough standing for a POS.. what will happen to the POS? will it be part of the new corp, or?

Just to confirm, I only need faction standings to launch and anchor the tower itself, right? Later on if the corp loses standings I can still anchor labs and such at the POS without difficulty? Thx

The POS is anchored for the corp only , so once you leave that corp , the pos remains the property of the first corp, so you lose access to it.
As for the next question, you can online and offline anything at the pos even after standings drop below the requirements , but you cannot ANCHOR a new pos or reanchor one in the system.
