Of course this only applies to any alts of the OP's otherwise you could sabotage and lock any thread you wanted. Furthermore they don't actually do an IP check so the alt characters would have to be on the same account in order for any action to be taken, assuming the character names were not blatantly linked. They killed me many times, they helped me many times, and I even flew in a fleet with a few of them once or twice. At one time they were a great merc alliance with great tactics, and when you saw they war dec'd you, you just docked up. I personally hope REPO does make a comeback and would love to see them come back with a vengance in the eve universe, no matter which way i may fall of their fleets Now please feel free to ask who I am, why my opinion matters and all of that, and what my K/D ratio is on battleclinic and the like
