Hello!
Here's the deal, I've been playing for 5 days and I have 9 days left on my trial.
I really like the game so I wanna upgrade my account to a paying one in order to get access to all skills so my question to you is: Will I lose the remaining 9 days if I purchase the account which includes 30 days playtime or will I have 39 days before it's time for the first monthly payment?

The time you buy to extend your account and convert it into a full one adds on top of the time you have from the trial resulting in 39 days. The change into full account goes through at once and the "off-limits" skills and features on trial are made available when you add the time.

That's not true. I activated my account wednesday and now I have 28 days left.
I had 10 days left or so, so I feel scammed.

Contact the accounts department through a petition. They're the ones who will give you the right advice.
I'm not disparaging anyone in this thread, but when it comes to billing - ask CCP.

Ok I want to upgrade to a paying account from my trial, and keep getting this message

Contacted support (a petiton?) what gives? and can i have my portrait please?
