Basically the little icon on the icon page which turns green when you have required skills making it easy to find which items you can use and which you can't is red for every single item. If i click on the item or ship it then shows all skills green on skills page but it is annoying not being able to quickly see if i can fit something or not.

Confirmed. Same problem here.
I'm seeing other issues as well. Like hostiles showing as neutral, when before the patch they showed as red-. Unknown if its just an icon issue, but having -5 to -10's showing as neutral can get a bit "confusing" to say the least.

Same here.
I thought I had logged onto the wrong char when It displayed I couldn't fly an Occator.

Same here, skills not showing properly in the market screen. Also wrecks created by corp mates/blue's no longer show up in over view if is de-select blue's / corp mates from overview (for those big battles)

I also have the same problem as the others with the icon displaying as red all of the time. Very confusing as I know I can fly battleships but there showing as red icons lol

Same here so I went into option and turned on the option of displaying skills I qualify for.
I can cross reference what I got or need now.

Same here. It's hardly a major issue but it is a little annoying.

The problem does make skill shopping challenging, since now I can't tell if I actually qualify for something because they're all red.
The only other clue that I get is when I hold my mouse over the red book, it says "Required Skill" and nothing else.

and signed 3x as well. Its always nice to have to check req skill to see if I can use it or not.
Also FYI CCP gold circle means what in req skills? Red X was immediate and obvious but now I get a gold circle next to skills I dont know.

The Gold circle means you have the skill but haven't trained it to the required level. I actually think this is good as i used to accidentally buy the same skill twice and this now clearly shows me what skills i have, what level i need them, and what skills i need to buy. But the red icon bug does need fixing.
