I have no assets or isk. Implants, +4 for all except charisma which is +2.
Attribs:

Willpower: 25
Memory: 27
Intelligence: 22
Charisma: 15
I am an excellent industrialist as you can see in my skills. Maxed out on Hulk skills. I can start Production and Research remotely in the whole region. This allows me to sit in the momma ship all day if I wish.
If need be I also have Amarr Freighter to lvl5 for max haulage.
While I'm not so hot i gunnery, my drone and tanking skills are rather well developed, making me a potent carrier pilot or an Amarr Recon pilot when in the mood for some nitty gritty pvp. Only a couple more weeks until Recon V.
With my strong industry and science backing I am perfectly suited for 0.0 life and can pretty much be a very efficient bear and a tough pvper. I could easily become someone's main or an extremely useful alt.
No enemies. No bad stigma. Wallet is not negative.

If I had the money I'd buy him. Alas, not many people who need such a skilled character have more than 15 billion to spend on 1 thing :(
free bump, you should get more than 15 bil for him IMO.

Just checked this now. I don't have time to log on right now to talk as I'm minutes from leaving the house.
I will make buyout 17.5 billion. Buyout can not be claimed once the auction is 30 minutes from end.
Also, adding another rule. I'm sorry if it's an inconvenience but I really don't feel like getting scammed out of character and isk.
New rule: Character that is buying and transferring isk for me, will be the one posting the bids or buyout here. Also, no younger than 30days please.
That is all. Auction is nearing its business end. I won't be in position to check up on this until around the auction end time.
