If BOB had no public objectives to hold each station, then really these are not failings to the EVE community, to GS/RA the stations are only representing stepping stones to alliance territory conquering. And do not forget anyone can take any alliances space in EVE but not allways does this kill an alliance, normally it makes them stronger. However it is better to have owned then lost, to have never owned atall. O_o
