Again its the problem with: A. Tracking B. MWD
Its simply ridiculous to have a BS moving at 5k+ speed, spitting missiles and not a chance to HIT it with NON-missile wepons. Even with missiles its not possible to hit the dual MWD ganking Raven several persons are using on TQ at this very moment. This is simply not fun! Its that far from beeing balanced that it KILLS fun.
--> Take out Dual MWD!! this is killer no1! Bring Limit of 1 MWD per ship!

it was the sheer volume of posts like your alliance buddys above that forced the changes to yes all battleships, but this only came about because of 1 shipclass, the caldari battleships with multiple mwd's, oh yes and also a blackbird could catch interceptors using multi mwd's and also multiweb them as well (hi trevedian, i do remember you trying this out once).
also another quick extract of another guys reply in a previous post regarding caldari mass.

The reason being that Caldari ships were nerfed, specifically in mass+agility, due to the: kiting Dual-MWD/Torpedo w/100% Dmg/Frigate and any other ship whopping RAVENS and SCORPIONS. Those things are no longer possible. The nerf to Mass and Agility remained.

theres plenty of other posts, and no i dont recall a patchnote stating anything to the effect, but then we all know certain changes are always made in patches and they are never given reasons in the patch notes, but everyone knows hwo they came about.
For example i dont see anywhere in the patch notes any mention of privateers when it came to war dec changes in a recent patch.
I dont see any mention of specific corp/alliance names given when patches are made to fix problems/exploits with POS's and for example the news report on POS bowling.
Exact reasons are never given, but their always brought about by massive forum rants until CCP cave in and make changes to keep the masses happy, the mass change was definatly brought about by multi mwd ravens/scorps, the missiles perhaps may have been a little part of it, but all that changed was dmg potential, the missile still hot now and they still hit back then. What you cant do now is mwd around like a mad thing using multiple mwd/aburners.
As plenty have stated before, the huge mass is not required anymore, i believe someone (cant remember if it was dev of player) tried to give it a RP reason once, think it was to do with the weight of their shield systems, but nm.
Reason for ccp to not reverse the caldari nerf, is that BoB dont have any caldari BS bpo's
Why do you think minnie ships NEVER get a nerf? Guess what bpo's BoB has.....
