Did you happen to read the 15 minute sniper rule?
I'm not very familiar with the sniper rule, if what I did was considered sniping please let the other person have the contract. Assuming the 15 minutes sniper rule means no bids on the same item within 15 minutes?

sniper duration is the amount of time after last bid where it is legitimate to still bid (then a new sniper duration, etc etc) till bidding has been resolved. This is to prevent bidding on something at the last second and win it for pennies.

Will start putting contacts up now.
Imerely Avessel won the navy meg as the sniper rule wasnt in play when it
was bid on at 3mins past the end time. Will need to arrange to exchange
ship, as i think you cant contract without repackaging, and this ship has
a rig fitted.(unless you dont want the rig, in which case i will package it).
Vile56 i will put up contract for the shadow serp EANM for 20 mil.
