My research agent has finally got off her backside and offered me this blueprint. I don't fly frigates, so don't know if many people use the micro/small cap boosters. Stats below -
(please comment if you could see anyone wanting to buy the module, assuming a reasonable cost).
Micro Cap Booster I - Capacity 10, Powergrid 3, CPU 10, Activation 15 seconds
Micro Cap Booster II - Capacity 15, Powergrid 3, CPU 10, Activation 15 seconds
Small Cap Booster I - Capacity 15, Powergrid 5, CPU 20, Activation 15 seconds
As you can see, it's essentially a Small Cap Booster with lower fitting requirements. I doubt it's worth the bother making it, but someone may disagree.

I would give you 3m for it just for collection purposes if you want to sell it. But if you refuse you will be removed from the lottery for another month or so. Think about my offer.

If you do get it please contact me in-game as I would be very interested in buying a few of these. If you don't have the tech2 prerequisites for manufacture I am sure I can bung a few your way.

dunno if many people use those modules, but they are quite useful in some specific situations and setups so the market is out there. If it's something you wouldn't want to bother with, you might want to check with Mr.Chumsicle, who just recently advertised will to buy all sorts of tech.2 blueprints in the Market section...

Many thanks to all for the helpful replies.
I'm still weighing up 3200 RP's in High Energy Physics versus possibly not seeing another Blueprint for the rest of the lottery 
I'll make up my mind tonight when I get home from work. You've all given me food for thought, so thanks again.

Place it on market for 100,000,000 if no one buys it then they dont then move it down to 90,000,000 and so on. Remeber I would make a 100 run copy first.
You know my plan when I get overdrive thruster 10m tech 2.
