I like the Drake but I end up using the Ferox in most siduations, sometimes bullets work better, I'll try all sorts of ships with no luck then I get the Ferox and it gets the job done with whatever setup. Not PvP yet but I'm sure I'd die no faster then in any other ship. :) A Minmater City... Cool! My Skills

When we were testign out the Drake and the Ferox we couldn't find a single way in which the Ferox was better. (And don't say it's better at using hybrids, that's just silly.) But the reason I like the myrm is because of its flexibility. Being able to fit anything in highs without losing a bonus is great. That and being the best all around BC.

With the possible exception of fleet action (and even here I'm not sure) worse then the drake. This isn't to say I don't think its a solid mission runner but the Drake is going to have a stronger tank the ability to do whatever dmg type is called for ect. So again unless your skill massivly favor guns drake ftw. Oh yeah and in pvp ferox is sad... ------- Even my barge has kills...

Sure, you can't just click "Aproach, F1-F8", but that doesn't make it a bad ship. Could use another turret, maybe change a low to a mid and a tad more PG. That's about it though.

So true, blaster-feroxes are nice as you cna get nice range with null, and you can accualy tank and fit neutrons+nos at teh same time :D You should get a vulture too.. yummy But best allround ship? must be the eos tbh, it can do most things, solo-pvp, small-gang pvp, gank, tank, missions, drones + ew, fleet-booster , mining(???). ----------------------------- Originally by: Ozzie Asrail A mega without 3 magstabs fitted is like kladdkaka without chocolate. Unfortunately it was nearly my undoing in the damsel in distress mission (L3), and I had to upgrade to a Raven, after a lot of stick from Corp Mates. Now the Raven is my Fav ship!!

I used my ferox for about 2 years doing level 3 missions. It walked through them all. It's a cheap railgun platform, with a mega-tank.
