Complete desynch from the start. I wasn't able to launch a single drone the entire fight.
The petition has been submitted.

Actually the bubbles were not that plentiful and the dictor pilots not that smart tbh because at the range they were at (close, but not smartbomb close) I could have easily dispatched them with drones.

Everybody desynced.
Wrong, killmail suggests that your carrier guys had their fighters in play whilst I didn't see a single one of them ever during the fight. Usually, as is evidenced by the various fraps of prior mom kills, etc, a sea of fighter\drones usually envelopes the target.

Let's just put this in bullet form to save on space and hopefully clear up some of the factless statements coming from some in this thread:
1) I was in a gang doing local defense(not soloing) as one might expect any alliance member in any alliance that wishes to at least try and defend their space at any hour of the day.
2) I was unable to launch any drones at all. This was before and after local ballooned in count.
3) I never saw a single hostile fighter or drone on my display during the entire encounter.
4) I noted extremely poor tactics on the part of the hostile dictor force. They were orbitting about at 15km in a very nonchalant fashion. Had I been able to deploy drones, 1/2 to 3/4th of them would have been dead within 90 seconds to 2 minutes. TBH, BE have a much better command of their dictor tactics than what I saw from the hostiles last night.
5) I've survived three to four desynchs before. Never had I ever been without the ability to deploy drones and defend myself. Something else was going on with the node\TQ last night.
6) What saved snigg et al was their willingness to log out in combat and log back in to save their objective from failing. I never log in combat. I guess that's one difference between attackers and myself. Perhaps CCP can send some signals whether premeditated logging in and out from combat is acceptable or not. I think it shows weak character but I'm old and very old fashioned in that way :)

Any snigg pilot that logs in combat to save his ship gets booted from the corp.
There's a big difference between logging to save your ship, and relogging because you are desynced. There's a difference between being old fashioned and being stupid.
You gonna start booting with yourself Shamiz? How many admissions of logging out do we have here? And there's no difference tbh....you left the game to avoid a loss.

M.Pire winning at Eve since day 1. Way to take it like a man.
I'll leave it to an average joe trying to survive more than 10 minutes of goon crap at your local Burn Eden TS downtime session to pass judgement on your lot.

2) You made your choice...you logged to avoid a loss. I didn't log because in my three years in Eve honorable pilots never log, regardless.
3) Smart bombs were carefully cycled and turned off prior to repeated attempts to deploy drones. No drones left my ship during the entire encounter because the counters in my overview remained unchanged. I still had the same number of heavy\light\med drones right before I popped than I did at the start.
4) You were able to deploy drones\fighters because you are a logger. Just a fact dude. You choose to log from combat to avoid a loss.

Yes, truely ethical eve players all sit there and look at their frozen screen when they fight.
Whatever the servers deal out, you take it. Or you log. I guess we know who chose what course of action.

At the start of the fight I had 33 fighters in my ship. Right before I popped I had 33 fighters. I had 144 light drones at the start. When I popped I had 144. The counters remained constant. Same with med drones, etc. No drones could be launched depsite dozens of attempts to deploy them.

No your last killmail participation in Razor killboards is a Raven in LXW 13 minutes before your own loss. In that killmail you are second damage dealer with a Templar. I still can't get how you were desynced but you carefully timed your smartbombs and can comment on enemy dictor movement. In my experience when you desync modules are stuck active and all things in your client continue to fly on the direction they were flying.
I never received that killmail. My killmail tally for that night is a hurricane an hour before and then my own losses.

For me to "lose" in any game, the game has to actually be, well, a "game." You know with rules and mechanics that function to the extent that there are two players or more in the game. Not one player bound and gagged and prevented by server issues from fighting back whilst the other players have their way with them. Get the picture?
