Has anyone noticed that his/her sec rating has stopped increasing when killing NPC's?
As far as I can see it stopped after I trained the Fast talk skill.
Is this something new or did I just miss this entirely?

Hi,
Well if i understand this right its to do with the castor patch.
You now only get ur secruity rating raised by the highest bounty rats, ie if u get 5 rats and 4 are 2k and 1 is 5k then u will only get a secruity rise for that one 5k rat.
Which in effect means that ur sec status is NEVER going to go up unless u kill hundreds of rats a day

CCP ****** up the sec point recovery, took away the agent method of recovery, and ruined the game for a lot of players, all in an attempt to control the scum that keeps camping gates in empire space. Ya that was a really brillant move (dumbasses).
The lawful players are punished, the game is spinning down into the same ranks as other lost cause games, pure pvp is all they want. (Looking at the box it says pvp is an aspect of the game, not the goal)

Candy Fodder, why would you need to recover a security status if you're a 'legal player'. By the way, what is that? Are you calling us exploiters as an innuendo or what?
Teh Skillz has -9.7 and when he has -10.0 he has 'won the game' and he can always use his big bad ebil carebear alt that has an Apocalypse, Scorpion, Raven, Iteron V, Megathron and teh other stuffa and teh security status above +5
