Firebirds are recruiting
I am looking for four individuals who can help take this corporation further. The corporation has been running a little over 4 months now, what it needs is a good team of directors in four areas of corporation management.
- Industrial
- HR
- Security
- Administration / Diplomatic Relations.
Because of the nature of the roles the interview process will be an initial disscussion in QSCR in game channel. If both party's are happy to proceed then an application to join the corporation will be accepted. Upon which a time of 1 month served where Ideas and actions will be taken forward from in game disscussions and director based meetings. If after this period of time both party's are happy roles will be awarded, budgets assigned etc.
The aim of this corporation is to provide all corporation members with an investment in the corporation itself. Hence the need for a certain amount of trust to be formed between the newly formed board. I iterate however, that nothing is set in stone consider the corporation a blank canvas with some assets.
The CEO as a player has been playing since 2005 primarily as a pvp based player but also as an industrial based player as well. He has been involved in a fair few alliances and other corporations at both pod pilot and director level positions. You will find the CEO a fair minded player, who is happy to accept other ideas if the benfits and risks are acceptable.
What am i looking for, Initialy i am looking for only the posts advertised above. Real life experience is far more valuable than in game experience. That said you should have an understanding of the game mechanics in your chosen directors role you will be required to lead the field provide pilots with training and advice etc. All directors will need to be available to members again to lead by example if required. This will mean a certain amount of time and commitment especially in the begining . So that i do not fool anybody which is not my intention at this present time this corporation has one single member this obviously needs to be considered before you join.
So thier it is, this post is a risk in itself really and i understand that hopefully this will reach the right people.

Firebirds corporation are still looking for talented individuals, to join and help shape the future of EVE.
Only those whom wish to make a name for themselves need apply. If you have already made a name for yourself such as SirMolle, Gunship, etc but feel your alliance is letting you down then join channel QSCR for fun and frollics
