Vonchar is the perfect character for someone wanting a combat alt, or even as a replacement main.
He has ample gunnery skills, a learning tree that just begs to train, and is just 3 short levels of Assault Ships away from flying a Heavy Assault Cruiser.
In addition, he also comes equipped with a full set of +4 implants, to boost his attributes to 23,26,14,22,22.
Vonchar is currently a member of the Ministry of War (NPC), and located in Ohkunen. Relocation to system within The Forge region negotiable.
Starting Bid - 700 Million ISK
Reserve - Hidden
Buyout - 3Billion ISK
Bid Increment - 100 Million ISK
Auction ends Friday, July 13 at 7PM EST (if superstitions are going to be a problem, then auction will be extended 24 hours  )
