The eve-o forums and game itself has been going incredibly slow for me today, Anyone else experiencing this? Takes like 10 mins to log into eve, only to disconnect 5 mins later. __________________________ It's great beeing Amarr, ain't it?

Yes, Im having the same problem. Internet in general works fine, without any lag, but the eve-o forums and the game itself...unplayable atm. If I am able to get in game, I am experiencing enormous lag and the modules are not responding.
Im connected through Bredbandsbolaget in Sweden.

I am experiencing the exact same thing... I live in Sweden using Bredbandsbolaget for internet... been like this since yesterday so REALLY hope it will be fixed after DT... took me 5 min to get here and post. EVE client and eve-online.com is the only issue. Rest of internet still runs as smooth as always... Somebody set up us the bomb |

Same issue here. Got Hernonet, but they rent the backbone from BBB so effectively I've got Bredbandsbolaget too. Been like this to and fro since beginning of this week. Massive spikes of lag and sometimes being unable to connect at all. Eve beeing the only issue for me as well. Battlefield II for example runs perfectly smooth.

I had a few hours last night with no lag, but it seems it's back again. I have BBB adsl on the telenor backbone and seem to get massive packetloss. Think I'll send a mail to BBB support.

Have the same problem and it started yesterday (8th).
Game is from time to time extreamly laggy (being in basically empty systems). Have never experienced it this bad before. In addition, the game dis-connects repeatably and logging back in takes looong time, and a couple of times I could not log-on at all.
Have also noticed that eve-o is very slow to load (the bandwidth from my comp for other Internet service seems perfectly ok)

Yeah this is definitely their fault. Hope they have an explanation. telenor seems to be having serious issues lately. __________________________ It's great beeing Amarr, ain't it?

Definitely sounds familiar. One month ago I decided to take a break and everything was fine and two days ago I started again and its lagging like hell. I don't know what those guys from CCP have done but its impossible to fight and the problem is definitely not in the ISP

Seems strange that only sweden and norway is affected thou... cant there be a server side problem or is it our broadband companies that is doing something? Seems trange in my eyes since I only have problem with the eve-client and eve-online.com... Somebody set up us the bomb |

Seems like the issue are related to (mostley ?) Scandinavian accounts but I am not sure at all it is an ISP problem. Rather an issue on the server side imho. But I know to little about CCP log-in proceduers to actually say.
All I know is there is several of my friends (Sweden/Norway based) sharing the same issue and can from time to time not log in at all... and when we get on, the lag is really bad. Basically unplayable.....

The issue is most likely at Telenors side. 146.172.105.90 is fine but after that its 50% packetloss.
Called BBB support and their L2 is aware and investigating.

Been running pingplotter for awhile now and it seems I get some packetloss at a hop in the middle and packetloss at the end 87.237.39.199 (eve). The middle hop is 146.172.82.157 (the one after that drops 100% but I think it's set up to block icmp). But most seems to be at the destination, which is eve

I had this problem since yesterday. Both playing Eve and accessing eve-online.com.
My problem come and go and I have done several traces with TraceRT both when I have connection problems and when I'm not.
TraceRT when I'm experience a lot of timeouts, 30% packet loss:
Tracing route to www.eve-online.com [87.237.39.199] over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.0.1 2 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms ua-213-113-222-130.cust.bredbandsbolaget.se [213.113.222.130] 3 1 ms 1 ms <1 ms port-channel4.dr2.sto1.se.bredband.com [195.54.116.37] 4 1 ms <1 ms <1 ms ge3-0-0.cr2.sto1.se.bredband.com [195.54.117.213] 5 1 ms 1 ms <1 ms tenge9-2.br1.sto1.se.bredband.com [195.54.123.246] 6 1 ms 1 ms 1 ms ti3002d320-ge1-1-0.ti.telenor.net [148.122.8.161] 7 * * * Request timed out. 8 35 ms 49 ms 46 ms ti3003c300-ae0-0.ti.telenor.net [146.172.99.177] 9 35 ms 35 ms 35 ms ti9002b300-ae0-0.ti.telenor.net [146.172.105.90] 10 43 ms 43 ms * ccp.ve201.fr3.lon.llnw.net [87.248.208.150] 11 * 44 ms 43 ms 87.237.39.199

The problem seems to be between the last Telenor router and Limelight Networks router and not CCP servers. When the route changes and don't go passed "ccp.ve201.fr3.lon.llnw.net" i don't experience any problem at all.
Have also mailed support at Limelight Networks and they are saying "the device in question is passing normal traffic".
This probably only apply to those using Bredbandsbolaget in Sweden and Telenor in Norway.
Hopefully Telenor get this fixed but seen ppl with this problem since the 20th of june.
