Since there is not Chinese forum available, there is a corporation "The Chinese Embassy" which can help you with various things on the Chinese end and vice versa. See the corporation description for full service details. All services are free of charge.

I am guessing this is aimed at first language Chinese people who are not living in China. However, there is a recruitment section of the forums for this sort of thread.

Current supported languages at the Embassy are:
Chinese, English, French, German, Polish, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and a couple more (all listed in the corporation details) and more languages are added depending on the language skills of the main corporation members.
Ultimately the goal is for non Chinese residents to be able to communicate with Chinese residents and vice versa; especially for those that don't have actual contacts in China and vice versa.
We've had a lot of contact as of today and things are really working out nicely.
