Budget is 3bn, give or take.
I want a pilot that can either jump into or is very close to being able to jump into a command ship (either type, any race). No items (ship, item, or wallet) are required.
Sec status of ABOVE -1.9 unless the character is incredibly attractive otherwise.
Medium T2 weapons for the relevant ship are required.
Please reply here with details of an offer you may be willing to make :)

Required:
- Cruiser 5
- Battlecruisers 5 (or very close to it)
- Skills for the relevant T2 med weapons (i.e. T2 Heavy Missiles if we're talking Caldari, T2 Medium Projectiles for Minmatar, etc.)
Warfare Link Specialist 4 would obviously be good too, but as it doesn't take too long to train I'm not TOO concerned if it's not there.
If those skills are present, I'll consider the character. Obviously a more complete build is better than a character with those and nothing else, though :) |

I have 2 low end Cmd ship pilots but they can pilot them and not looking for muchos iskies for them iether. Mail me ingame or convo which ever is ok.
