I managed to get all my POS modules up and running this morning and can use the labs just fine, however, my brother's char, who joined the corp this morning, has access rights to the Blueprint hangar but for some reason it won't let him access the Mobile Labs due to not having the right roles. Is there anything I need to do as CEO to let him use them or are we just being noobs?

Factory manager and the option to rent slots for corp. afaik .. gota check ingame .. but you need two positions as far as i re,member

You also now need access to a Wallet Division if you haven't already.

Correct you need TAKE access form one of the Wallet divisions, see Accountant menu item..

You do not posses the role Rent Research Slot or equivalent, which is needed to rent the type of assembly line you are trying to use.
You cannot install this job for your corporation because you do not possess the role "Factory Manager"
With POS labs if you DON'T set a charge to use the slots you do NOT need to give any wallet access at all.
You also do NOT need to give take access to the blueprints hangar to initiate a corp job.

when it comes to actually accessing the lab hangar itself theres 2 way of going about it. 1 is to give him starbase roles but that will give him complete access to all your poses. the other is to change the access on the lab itself from caretaker to corporation. if that is done then he wont need any starbase roles to access the lab hangars. the lab hangar will then work just like any corp hangar in a station which is probably the best solution
