On my Xmas list I want a ship that meets the following criteria:
Drone, power capacity of a Vexor or better
More armor, especially explosive, than most Gallente cruisers
300 m3 cargo capacity
5 high slots
Speed of an Incursus.
Does such a ship exist? Or am I dreaming?

Of cource nowadays "nanoed" ships hardly use nanofibers anymore but mainly overdrives, polycarbon rigs. Now and then istabs and rarely nanos.

Nano Curse ftw! well alright you won't have a lot of armor hp but then again since nothing can hit for long thats kinda a moot point and you won't have that much cargo space either but well if you play right you should almost never lose your ship.

Shield tanked (Gistii tank) nanoed Isthar is what you're looking for.
It's costly, but the performance you can get out of it is incredible.

I think the Curse fits the bill perfectly.
Same drone bonus
70% natural explosive resists.
345 m3 cargo.
5 high slots.
Up to 4-5km/s in speed.
