its not an auction. Its a sale. Offer a good enough price that is in my range of expectation.
security status is below -8.0 (as in closer to -9.0). It might get lower than that before sale.
For in-game information exchange, please contact letum 001 instead of the isk receiver (hauling alt).

not to be intruding, but destroying its sec before selling it really lower its value, even trying to get over 3bill for it would be really hard with it's current skills sec.
maybe you should lower it,

please do not troll.
I can verify from previous owner that the character had a -9.0 security status before I attain letum 001. I got the char to have fun. The person buying the character will have infrastructure (alt/corpmate/friend) to attain necessary ships/mods to maintain a healthy fun character that can be perfect for a 0.0 resident.
The skill set is rather well. The learning is completely done except for charisma branch.
My planned skilltrain
1) finish off the navigation to satisfactory levels
2) train drone skill alittle (combat drone op and heavy drone to level 4)
3) train assault ship to level 4
4) train hac to level 4
5) train recon to level 4 from level 1
6) train interceptor to level 4 from level 1
7) train missile support then spec
8) train gunnery support then spec
9) ew support skills
The price is what I would part with the character. Its not like I will cry without getting rid of character. I will have fun.
