Well for starters you would need an EVE China account and a copy of the Serenity client and then presumably you just play like normal although why you would want to is beyond me unless you live near there the lag would probably be worse. ---------

I don't know why you would want to. From what i hear very few people can fly dreadnoughts "because of the time it takes to skill train them" which makes it impossible to take outposts. Because of this 1 alliance holds all of 0.0 and it's impossible to remove them because there are no capitals to remove them with. That and the entire alliance is a bunch of isk farms so you either A. Work for them, B. buy from them or C. Be dirt poor. ________________

I'm guessing you'd need a proxy in China so the Chinese server saw your IP as one originating in China.
Whether doing such things in China is legal I have no idea. There are many Proxies in the United States that, for a fee, do this so the concept is well established but I am guessing the Chinese are more restrictive about this sort of thing.
You would certainly have more lag issues with this method. It'd probably be playable to an extent but with the distance and numerous hops and the proxy you'd be tossing a lot of latency into the works.
Then I suppose you'd need to find a way to pay CCP with Chinese currency although not sure about that either (whether a foreign credit card would be accepted there or if you'd need a credit card issued by a Chinese bank).

Seing how you apparently can access Tranquility from China (or at least so I've heard), I wonder why it should be so incredibly hard to access Serenity from the rest of the world...
As for why play on Serenity... well, sheer curiosity, not much else.

Tranquility = Free World Serenity = Quasi-Communist China World

It's China. The government censors 3/4 of the internet. You think they'd let Eve players on their game servers?

why not, they let their people ssh and ftp probe the world. if my server wasn't in for service, they'd be hammering in random usernames trying to login. --- this is my sig.
