Hmm. I want to start up a new channel IG, but I already have the max 10...I cant open another one. How do I close one permanently?

loft, if you have op status. just join it and rename the channel :)

Join the channel, and then right click on the channel on the channels/mailing lists, and then press delete. Or forget.

No worries once you delete that one another spy will come into your new one :)

This seemed to bug for me on a few channels.
Namely it was two channels where there were multiple ops in a channel I created. The channel claimed that it had been deleated though it was still considered my channel and when I returned had kept its MOTD and settings.
I think I tried petitioning but don't remmember the result though it didn't get rid of my channel.
